Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KIF19 is a member of the kinesin superfamily of motor proteins, known for its role in intracellular transport along microtubules. Recent studies have highlighted KIF19's involvement in various cellular processes, including mitosis and the regulation of ciliary function, which is crucial for cell signaling and development. Dysregulation of KIF19 has been linked to several diseases, including cancer and ciliopathies, underscoring its potential as a therapeutic target. As researchers continue to explore the functional mechanisms of KIF19, the production of recombinant KIF19 protein has become vital for understanding its structure and interactions at the molecular level. This recombinant protein allows for detailed investigations into its motor activity, binding properties, and role in cytoplasmic transport. Moreover, elucidating the biochemical and biophysical characteristics of KIF19 can provide insights into its contribution to cellular dynamics and disease mechanisms, facilitating the development of potential interventions. The ongoing research on KIF19 recombinant protein promises to enhance our understanding of kinesin-mediated transport and its implications in human health.
