Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RSPO2 (R-spondin 2) is a member of the R-spondin family, which plays a crucial role in activating the Wnt signaling pathway, a key regulator of embryonic development and tissue homeostasis. Mutations or dysregulation of RSPO2 are associated with various developmental disorders, particularly in skeletal and craniofacial structures. The protein functions by stabilizing β-catenin, enhancing its accumulation in the cytoplasm and facilitating its interaction with TCF/LEF transcription factors, thus influencing gene expression crucial for cell proliferation and differentiation. Research on the recombinant form of RSPO2 has significant implications in understanding its biochemical mechanisms and therapeutic potential. By producing RSPO2 as a recombinant protein, scientists can study its structural properties, interaction dynamics with Wnt receptors, and downstream signaling pathways in a controlled manner. These studies could lead to insights into the pathogenesis of diseases linked to Wnt signaling aberrations and pave the way for developing targeted therapies. Furthermore, the exploration of RSPO2's role in regenerative medicine and tissue engineering is a burgeoning area, with the potential to harness Wnt signaling for enhanced tissue repair and regeneration. Thus, RSPO2 serves as a pivotal focus in both developmental biology research and clinical applications, making its recombinant protein a vital tool for advancing our understanding of complex biological systems.
