Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CXCL15, also known as chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 15, is a member of the CXC chemokine family and plays a pivotal role in inflammation and immune responses. Initially identified as a chemokine involved in the recruitment of neutrophils and monocytes, CXCL15 has garnered attention due to its potential implications in various diseases, including cancer, respiratory disorders, and cardiovascular diseases. The significance of CXCL15 in tumor biology has been particularly noteworthy, as it is often associated with tumor progression and metastasis. Research has shown that CXCL15 can facilitate angiogenesis and promote the survival of tumor cells in hostile microenvironments. As a result, the development of recombinant CXCL15 protein has become a focal point for understanding its biological functions and therapeutic potential. By producing and characterizing this protein, researchers aim to elucidate the underlying mechanisms of CXCL15 in mediating immune responses and its interactions with other cytokines. Moreover, the recombinant protein may serve as a valuable tool for drug discovery and the development of therapies targeting CXCL15-related pathways. This research not only contributes to the fundamental understanding of chemokine biology but also opens avenues for potential clinical applications in managing inflammatory and malignant diseases. Understanding CXCL15's structure, function, and signaling pathways may lead to innovative strategies for therapeutic intervention, making it an important target in current biomedical research.
