稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on Ptger2 recombinant protein has garnered significant attention due to the critical role of the prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) signaling pathway in various physiological and pathological processes. Ptger2, or the prostaglandin E receptor 2, is one of the four receptors for PGE2 and is involved in mediating its diverse effects, which include inflammatory responses, pain modulation, and regulation of immune functions. Dysregulation of the Ptger2 signaling pathway has been implicated in several conditions, such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and neurodegenerative disorders. The production of Ptger2 recombinant protein allows for detailed studies on its structure, function, and interactions with ligands. This research provides insights into the receptor's signaling mechanisms and aids in identifying potential therapeutic targets for modulating PGE2-related pathways. Additionally, recombinant Ptger2 protein can be utilized in drug discovery efforts, where small molecules or antibodies can be screened for their efficacy in modulating receptor activity. Understanding the biological role of Ptger2 through recombinant technology is essential for elucidating its contributions to health and disease, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies.
