稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PhoQ is a key component of a two-component regulatory system that plays a critical role in the response of bacteria to environmental stimuli, particularly in the regulation of virulence and antibiotic resistance. This system is prevalent in many pathogenic bacteria, including Salmonella and Escherichia coli. The PhoQ protein, a sensor kinase, detects various signals such as magnesium ion concentration and other environmental changes, leading to the phosphorylation of its partner response regulator, PhoP. The PhoQ/PhoP system modulates the expression of genes involved in critical processes like stress response, biofilm formation, and immune evasion. Research into the recombinant expression of PhoQ is essential for understanding its structure, function, and interactions at a molecular level. By producing and purifying PhoQ as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to elucidate its signaling mechanisms and identify potential inhibitors that could serve as novel therapeutic agents against bacterial infections. Given the rising threat of antibiotic resistance, investigating PhoQ and its regulatory pathways may provide new insights into the development of targeted treatments and strategies to combat persistent bacterial pathogens.
