Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NAP1L1 (Nucleosome Assembly Protein 1 Like 1) is a crucial protein involved in chromatin dynamics and nucleosome assembly, playing a significant role in gene regulation and DNA repair. Research has indicated that NAP1L1 is not only essential for the proper formation of nucleosomes but also influences various cellular processes, including transcriptional regulation, chromatin remodeling, and cellular responses to stress. Recent studies have revealed its involvement in cancer development, suggesting that dysregulation of NAP1L1 may be linked to tumorigenesis. Given its importance, recombinant NAP1L1 protein is increasingly being utilized for biochemical assays to better understand its structure-function relationships and interactions with other chromatin-associated proteins. The production and characterization of recombinant NAP1L1 provide insights into its role in facilitating nucleosome assembly and unraveling its potential as a therapeutic target in diseases characterized by chromatin misregulation. Understanding NAP1L1’s mechanistic pathways and its influence on chromatin dynamics can pave the way for novel strategies in treating cancers and other diseases associated with chromatin dysfunction.
