Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAGEB6 (Melanoma Antigen Gene B6) is a member of the MAGE family of genes, which are known for their roles in tumor immunology as they are expressed in various malignancies but largely absent in normal tissues. This unique expression pattern makes MAGEB6 a promising target for cancer immunotherapy, particularly in melanoma, where it is often overexpressed. Research into MAGEB6 recombinant proteins has gained momentum in the context of developing targeted therapies and cancer vaccines that can elicit an immune response against tumor cells harboring this antigen. The ability to engineer MAGEB6 recombinant proteins allows for the exploration of their potential use in immunotherapy, as well as in the construction of therapeutic vaccines. Studies have shown that MAGEB6 may play a role in tumor growth and immune evasion, which underscores the importance of understanding its mechanisms and interactions within the tumor microenvironment. Furthermore, the potential of MAGEB6 as a biomarker for cancer progression and response to treatment is under investigation. Consequently, ongoing research aims to characterize the structure and function of MAGEB6 recombinant proteins, elucidate their immunogenic properties, and assess their efficacy in preclinical and clinical settings. This research not only contributes valuable insights into the role of MAGEB6 in cancer biology but also paves the way for innovative therapeutic strategies that harness the immune system to combat cancer effectively.
