稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AMPH (amphiphysin) is a protein that plays a significant role in the regulation of synaptic vesicle recycling and endocytosis in neurons. Research into AMPH has gained momentum due to its critical involvement in neurotransmitter release, which is essential for proper neuronal communication. Alterations in AMPH expression or function have been implicated in various neurological disorders, including Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia, and autism. As a result, understanding the mechanisms by which AMPH operates at the molecular level is crucial for elucidating its role in synaptic pathology. Recent advancements in biotechnology have enabled researchers to produce recombinant AMPH proteins, allowing for detailed studies of their structure, function, and interaction with other synaptic components. These recombinant proteins serve as valuable tools for investigating the dynamics of synaptic vesicle cycling and the potential therapeutic targets for treating synaptic dysfunction. Furthermore, studying AMPH's interactions with various binding partners, such as clathrin and synaptojanin, can illuminate the pathways that regulate vesicle trafficking and recycling in the nervous system. Overall, AMPH research is pivotal in uncovering the fundamental processes of synaptic operation and its implications for neurology and therapeutic interventions.
