  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

TRIM3, a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family of proteins, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and immune response. This E3 ubiquitin ligase is involved in regulating protein homeostasis by tagging substrates for proteasomal degradation, thereby influencing numerous signaling pathways. Research has shown that TRIM3 plays a crucial role in the central nervous system, where it may be implicated in neuronal development and synaptic function. Dysregulation of TRIM3 has been associated with neurodegenerative diseases, highlighting its importance in maintaining neuronal health. Additionally, studies have indicated that TRIM3 can modulate inflammatory responses, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions in autoimmune conditions. Exploring the structural and functional aspects of TRIM3 through recombinant protein studies is vital for understanding its mechanisms of action and unveiling its therapeutic potential. By elucidating the roles of TRIM3 in cellular pathways, researchers aim to develop novel strategies for treating diseases where TRIM3 is implicated, ultimately contributing to advancements in targeted therapies and disease management.
