Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
gABBR1, a member of the ABR family of proteins, has gained attention in recent years due to its potential role in various cellular processes and its implications in disease mechanisms. Research indicates that gABBR1 is involved in the modulation of signal transduction pathways, particularly those linked to growth factor receptors and oncogenic signaling. Its expression is frequently altered in several types of cancer, suggesting that gABBR1 might act as an important regulator of tumorigenesis. Additionally, studies have shown that gABBR1 interacts with key molecular players in the cell cycle, apoptosis, and cellular stress responses, making it a candidate for targeted therapeutic interventions. Given the complexity of its functions and its impact on cellular homeostasis, the recombinant expression and characterization of gABBR1 protein is crucial. By elucidating the structural and functional properties of gABBR1, researchers aim to provide insights into its biological significance and therapeutic potential. The generation of gABBR1 recombinant protein also facilitates the development of specific inhibitors or modulators that could serve as valuable tools for studying its role in health and disease, thereby paving the way for novel approaches in cancer treatment and beyond.
