稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MOBKL2A (MOB Kinase Activator 2A) is a protein that plays a significant role in various cellular processes, including cell signaling, proliferation, and apoptosis. It is part of the MOB family of proteins, which are known to act as co-activators for the Hippo signaling pathway, a crucial regulator of organ size and tumor suppression. Recent studies have highlighted the potential involvement of MOBKL2A in cancer progression and metastasis, making it a focus of research in oncological studies. The understanding of MOBKL2A’s biological function and its interactions with other signaling molecules is essential for elucidating its role in tumorigenesis. Additionally, the potential for using MOBKL2A as a biomarker or therapeutic target in cancer treatment presents exciting avenues for future research. Recombinant MOBKL2A protein studies can provide insights into its structural properties, functional mechanisms, and interactions with downstream effectors, which may pave the way for innovative approaches in cancer therapy. Overall, the investigation of recombinant MOBKL2A protein is not only critical for understanding its biological roles but also holds promise for its application in developing targeted treatments for various malignancies.
