Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PPM1D, also known as Protein Phosphatase, Mg2+/Mn2+ dependent 1D, is a serine/threonine phosphatase that plays a crucial role in cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, DNA damage response, and apoptosis. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of PPM1D in cancer biology, particularly its overexpression in various tumor types, which is often associated with poor prognosis. This phosphatase functions by dephosphorylating specific substrates involved in oncogenic signaling pathways, thus promoting tumor cell survival and resistance to therapy. Given its pivotal role in the tumor microenvironment, PPM1D has garnered interest as a potential biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis, as well as a target for novel therapeutic strategies. Research into recombinant PPM1D proteins has been instrumental in elucidating its structure-function relationship, substrate specificity, and regulatory mechanisms. By producing recombinant PPM1D, scientists can conduct detailed functional assays and structural studies, paving the way for the development of inhibitors that could counteract its oncogenic activities. Consequently, the study of recombinant PPM1D remains a promising area of investigation, contributing to our understanding of tumor biology and the development of innovative cancer therapies.
