Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PSEM3, a member of the E3 ubiquitin ligase family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential role in various cellular processes, including protein degradation, cell cycle regulation, and signal transduction. Research into PSEM3 focuses on its unique molecular structure, which facilitates the attachment of ubiquitin to target proteins, marking them for degradation by the proteasome. Understanding the functional implications of PSEM3 activity is critical, as dysregulation of E3 ligases has been implicated in a range of diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Studies have also suggested that PSEM3 may be involved in the modulation of key signaling pathways, influencing cellular responses to stress and contributing to the maintenance of cellular homeostasis. Moreover, the characterization of PSEM3's specific substrates and regulatory mechanisms could unveil novel therapeutic targets for disease intervention. As a result, researchers are actively exploring the reconstitution of PSEM3 in laboratory settings, utilizing techniques such as recombinant protein expression and purification to facilitate in-depth functional analyses. These investigations aim to elucidate the biochemical properties of PSEM3, its interaction with other cellular components, and its overall impact on cellular function and pathology. Through these efforts, the scientific community hopes to deepen its understanding of PSEM3's role in human health and disease, paving the way for potential clinical applications in the future.
