稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MS4A12, a member of the membrane-spanning 4-domains subfamily A (MS4A) proteins, has garnered interest due to its potential role in various biological processes and its implications in health and disease. The MS4A family comprises several proteins, many of which are implicated in immune responses, cell signaling, and tumor biology. MS4A12, in particular, has been associated with the modulation of B-cell receptor signaling and may play a role in the differentiation and function of immune cells. Moreover, research has indicated a correlation between MS4A family gene variants and the susceptibility to autoimmune diseases, such as multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis. The functional characterization of MS4A12, including its structure, ligand interactions, and signaling pathways, may provide insights into its biological functions and its potential as a therapeutic target. The production of recombinant MS4A12 protein is crucial for studying its properties and interactions in vitro, facilitating the exploration of its roles in immune function and disease. Understanding the mechanisms through which MS4A12 operates is essential for the development of novel strategies for treatment and prevention of diseases where dysregulation of immune pathways is a contributing factor. Overall, the investigation of MS4A12 provides a promising area of research that bridges immunology and genetics, with the potential for substantial clinical implications.
