Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Hoxi-kinase-interacting protein 3 (HIPK3) is a member of the HIPK family of serine/threonine kinases, which play crucial roles in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Research on HIPK3 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in several pathophysiological conditions, particularly in cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. The protein has been implicated in regulating signaling pathways that are critical for cellular responses to stress and developmental cues. Studies have shown that HIPK3 interacts with various transcription factors, modifying their activity and, consequently, influencing gene expression patterns associated with tumorigenesis and neuronal function. Moreover, the potential of HIPK3 as a therapeutic target has prompted investigations into the effects of its regulation on cellular behavior, making recombinant HIPK3 protein a valuable tool for elucidating its functions and mechanisms of action. Understanding HIPK3's role at the molecular level could contribute to the development of novel therapeutic strategies for diseases where its dysregulation is a contributing factor. Consequently, research involving the expression, purification, and functional analysis of recombinant HIPK3 protein is essential for advancing our knowledge of its biological significance and exploring its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in clinical settings.
