稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAD51B is a critical protein involved in the homologous recombination repair of DNA, playing a pivotal role in the maintenance of genomic stability. It is a member of the RAD51 family of proteins, which are essential for repairing double-strand breaks in DNA and facilitating accurate DNA repair processes during cell division. Mutations and dysregulation of RAD51B have been associated with various cancers, particularly in breast and ovarian cancers, suggesting its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. Research on RAD51B has focused on its function in the formation of nucleoprotein filaments critical for homologous pairing and strand exchange, as well as its interactions with other recombination proteins and regulatory factors. Understanding the molecular mechanisms governing RAD51B's activity can provide insights into the pathways involved in DNA repair and highlight its role in tumorigenesis. As such, RAD51B not only serves as a crucial component in cellular responses to DNA damage but also represents a key focus in cancer research aimed at developing targeted therapies that exploit the vulnerabilities in DNA repair pathways in cancer cells.
