Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NBEA (neurobeachin) is a key protein involved in neuronal development and synaptic function, playing a crucial role in intracellular signaling and the organization of the cytoskeleton. Its significance has been underscored by studies linking NBEA mutations to neurodevelopmental disorders, including intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. Research into NBEA recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its structural and functional properties, providing insights into its role in neuronal connectivity and signaling pathways. The capacity to produce NBEA as a recombinant protein facilitates the exploration of its interaction with other cellular components and the understanding of its mechanisms at the molecular level. Furthermore, this research holds potential for therapeutic applications, as targeting the pathways influenced by NBEA could offer new strategies for treating related neurological conditions. By employing advanced biotechnological methods, scientists aim to address the challenges posed by NBEA's complex structure, ultimately advancing our understanding of its contributions to brain function and its relevance in disease.
