稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NCOA5, or Nuclear Receptor Coactivator 5, is a protein that plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression by acting as a coactivator for various nuclear hormone receptors. It is involved in several physiological processes, including metabolism, reproduction, and development. Recent studies have implicated NCOA5 in various pathologies, including obesity, diabetes, and certain types of cancer, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The significance of NCOA5 in cellular signaling pathways and its interactions with other proteins make it a key player in the regulation of downstream gene activation. However, research on NCOA5 has been limited by the difficulty in obtaining it in a pure form, which is essential for functional studies. The production of recombinant NCOA5 protein offers a promising approach to elucidate its structure, function, and molecular interactions in vivo. By employing techniques such as recombinant DNA technology and expression in suitable host systems, researchers aim to generate sufficient quantities of the protein for biochemical analysis and crystallization. This progress will enhance the understanding of NCOA5's role in health and disease and could pave the way for novel interventions in related disorders. The investigation of NCOA5 in various disease contexts continues to reveal its complex biological functions, cementing its importance in the field of molecular biology and medicine.
