稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NECAP1 (NECAP1 stands for "N-Ethylmaleimide-Sensitive Factor Attachment Protein 1") is a protein that plays a crucial role in endocytosis and intracellular membrane trafficking. Recent studies have revealed its significance in synaptic vesicle recycling, impacting neuronal communication and overall brain function. Dysregulation of NECAP1 has been associated with various neurological disorders, including Alzheimer’s disease and Autism Spectrum Disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The research on recombinant NECAP1 protein aims to elucidate its structure, function, and interaction with other cellular components. By producing and studying recombinant NECAP1, researchers can gain insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying its role in synaptic dynamics and membrane trafficking processes. Understanding how NECAP1 operates at the cellular level could lead to the development of novel interventions for treating synaptic dysfunctions associated with neurodegenerative diseases. Additionally, insights gained from this research could inform the design of more targeted drug therapies aimed at restoring normal cellular functions disrupted in various diseases. As the field advances, the opportunities to manipulate or enhance NECAP1 function may provide innovative approaches to address previously intractable neurological conditions.
