Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
XPO3, or Exportin 3, is a member of the karyopherin family of proteins, playing a crucial role in nucleocytoplasmic transport by facilitating the export of diverse cargoes, including RNAs and proteins, from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. Research on XPO3 has gained momentum due to its implications in various cellular processes and diseases. For instance, XPO3 has been associated with the regulation of gene expression, immune responses, and stress responses. Moreover, abnormalities in XPO3 function or expression have been linked to various pathological conditions, including cancer and viral infections, where it may influence tumor progression or viral replication. The study of recombinant XPO3 proteins allows for detailed structural and functional analyses, providing insights into its mechanisms of action and interactions with other cellular components. Additionally, understanding how XPO3 operates within the nucleus and cytoplasm could pave the way for novel therapeutic interventions targeting nuclear transport pathways in disease contexts. Researchers are actively investigating the potential of XPO3 as a biomarker and a therapeutic target, making it a salient focus in the fields of cellular biology and medical research.
