Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NFKBIZ, also known as NF-kappa-B inhibitor zeta, is a protein that plays a critical role in the regulation of the NF-kappa-B signaling pathway, which is essential for various cellular processes, including immune responses, inflammation, and cell survival. This protein has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its dual role as both an inhibitor and a modulator of NF-kappa-B activity. Research has shown that NFKBIZ can regulate the expression of target genes involved in inflammatory responses, making it a potential therapeutic target for various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and chronic inflammatory conditions. Understanding the structure and function of NFKBIZ, including its interaction with other signaling molecules and transcription factors, is crucial for elucidating its role in these pathological processes. Furthermore, the generation of recombinant NFKBIZ protein provides valuable tools for in-depth studies, allowing scientists to investigate its functional mechanisms in a controlled environment. Recent advances in protein engineering and expression systems have facilitated the production of high-purity, biologically active NFKBIZ, paving the way for innovative experimental approaches that could lead to novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating NF-kappa-B signaling for improved disease management. This research could ultimately contribute to the development of new pharmacological interventions that target NFKBIZ and its associated pathways, enhancing our understanding of immune regulation and inflammation at both cellular and systemic levels.
