Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ALDH1L1 (Aldehyde Dehydrogenase 1 Family Member L1) is a vital enzyme involved in folate metabolism and plays a crucial role in cellular processes such as proliferation and differentiation. It catalyzes the conversion of 10-formyltetrahydrofolate to tetrahydrofolate, which is essential for nucleotide synthesis and overall cellular function. Dysregulation of ALDH1L1 has been associated with various oncological conditions, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Furthermore, ALDH1L1 influences cellular redox balance and can impact stem cell maintenance, thus making it a target of interest in regenerative medicine and oncology. Researchers have begun to focus on the expression and functional characteristics of recombinant ALDH1L1 proteins to understand their specific roles in these contexts better. The recombinant forms allow for detailed studies on enzyme kinetics, structural biology, and interaction with different substrates or inhibitors. Understanding the biochemistry of ALDH1L1 and its recombinant proteins can provide insights into its potential therapeutic applications, helping to develop new strategies for cancer treatment and management. As the study of ALDH1L1 continues to unfold, it promises to unveil novel pathways and mechanisms that contribute to both disease progression and treatment responses, solidifying its relevance in biomedical research.
