稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SDC1, or Syndecan-1, is a heparan sulfate proteoglycan that plays a critical role in cell proliferation, adhesion, migration, and wound healing. It is primarily expressed in epithelial cells and is involved in various physiological and pathological processes, including immunological responses and tumorigenesis. Research into SDC1 has gained traction due to its potential as a biomarker for cancer prognosis and its involvement in the tumor microenvironment. Elevated levels of SDC1 have been associated with aggressive cancer phenotypes and poor patient outcomes, making it a target for therapeutic strategies. Additionally, SDC1 is known to interact with extracellular matrix components and growth factors, influencing cellular signaling pathways that govern tumor development and progression. Studies focus on elucidating the molecular mechanisms by which SDC1 modulates these processes and assessing its utility in clinical settings, particularly for early cancer detection and targeted treatments. Advances in recombinant protein technology have facilitated the production and characterization of SDC1, enabling researchers to explore its structure-function relationship and potential for therapeutic interventions. Overall, the exploration of SDC1 in the context of cancer biology holds promise for enhancing our understanding of tumor dynamics and improving patient management strategies.
