Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IPO9 (Importin-9) is a member of the importin family, which plays a crucial role in the nucleocytoplasmic transport of proteins. This protein is involved in the nuclear import of various substrates, including transcription factors and proteins with nuclear localization signals. Recent studies have highlighted IPO9's potential role in cancer biology, as its expression levels have been found to be altered in several malignancies, suggesting that it may contribute to tumor progression and metastasis. Furthermore, IPO9 is implicated in the regulation of cellular differentiation and proliferation, making it an attractive target for therapeutic interventions. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying IPO9's function in cellular processes and its interactions with other nuclear transport proteins could provide valuable insights into the regulation of gene expression and cellular behavior. The reconstituted expression and functional analysis of IPO9 may pave the way for innovative strategies in cancer treatment and regenerative medicine, underlining the importance of exploring novel pathways involved in cell growth and division. By elucidating the role of IPO9, researchers aim to uncover its potential as a biomarker for cancer prognosis and a target for new pharmacological approaches.
