Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SYNJ2BP (Synaptojanin 2 Binding Protein) is a crucial molecule implicated in synaptic function and neuronal signaling. Its research background highlights its role in the endocytic pathway, where it interacts with proteins involved in synapse formation and maintenance. Studies indicate that SYNJ2BP may play a significant role in regulating neurotransmitter release and recycling synaptic vesicles, thereby influencing overall synaptic plasticity. Furthermore, its association with neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative disorders has sparked interest among researchers, as mutations or dysregulation of SYNJ2BP can lead to impairments in cognition and behavior. Recent investigations have focused on the structural analysis and functional characterization of SYNJ2BP to unveil its interaction networks and molecular mechanisms. The recombinant protein of SYNJ2BP has been utilized in various assays to study its binding properties and contributions to synaptic activity. Understanding the dynamics of SYNJ2BP and its pathways is essential for elucidating its roles in healthy neuronal function and in the pathogenesis of related disorders.
