Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ITSN2 (Intersectin 2) is a multi-domain scaffold protein that plays a critical role in the regulation of endocytosis and has been implicated in various cellular processes, including vesicle trafficking and cytoskeletal dynamics. Research has shown that ITSN2 interacts with a variety of signaling molecules and proteins involved in actin polymerization, making it essential for maintaining cellular architecture and function. Dysregulation of ITSN2 has been associated with several pathological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases and cancer, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant production of ITSN2 proteins enables detailed functional studies and facilitates the exploration of its molecular mechanisms in health and disease. Understanding the structural and functional properties of ITSN2 at a molecular level is crucial for elucidating its roles in cellular signaling pathways and may provide insights into novel intervention strategies for conditions linked to its dysfunction. As a result, the study of ITSN2 recombinant proteins is becoming increasingly important in molecular biology and biomedical research, paving the way for advancements in targeted therapies and biomarker development.
