Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SOX6 is a member of the SRY-related HMG-box (SOX) transcription factor family, playing a pivotal role in various biological processes, including chondrogenesis, neural development, and cell differentiation. It has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its involvement in regulating gene expression and its potential implications in various diseases, including cancer and developmental disorders. The study of recombinant SOX6 protein offers valuable insights into its functional mechanisms and interactions within cellular pathways. By utilizing recombinant DNA technology, researchers can produce SOX6 in a controlled manner, allowing for detailed analysis of its structural and functional properties. This includes understanding how SOX6 interacts with other transcription factors and DNA regulatory elements, as well as its role in modulating the expression of target genes. Furthermore, investigating the post-translational modifications and stability of the SOX6 protein is crucial for elucidating its biological functions. Given that dysregulation of SOX6 has been linked to pathological conditions, the exploration of its recombinant form could lead to the identification of novel therapeutic targets and strategies. Overall, research on SOX6 recombinant protein is vital for advancing our understanding of developmental biology, cellular differentiation processes, and the molecular basis of diseases, making it a significant focal point in the field of molecular and cellular biology.
