Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UTP23, a protein involved in ribosomal RNA processing, has garnered attention due to its critical role in cellular functions. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of UTP23 in the maturation of pre-rRNA, a vital step in ribosome biogenesis. Dysfunction in this process can lead to various diseases, including cancer and genetic disorders related to ribosomopathies. Moreover, UTP23 operates within the larger U3 snoRNP complex, which is essential for early stages of ribosome assembly. Understanding UTP23’s structure and function not only sheds light on fundamental biological processes but also opens avenues for potential therapeutic interventions targeting disorders related to ribosome malfunctions. Advancements in techniques such as cryo-electron microscopy and biochemical assays are enhancing our comprehension of UTP23's interactions and regulatory mechanisms. As research progresses, elucidating the role of UTP23 could provide significant insights into the intricate network of ribosome assembly and its implications for human health.
