  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

Aptamer-based recombinant proteins have emerged as a pivotal area of research in biotechnology and molecular biology due to their unique properties and versatile applications. Aptamers are short, single-stranded DNA or RNA molecules that can bind to specific targets with high affinity and specificity, akin to antibodies. This characteristic makes them valuable for various applications, including targeted therapeutics, diagnostics, and biosensing. The development of aptamer-recombinant proteins involves the fusion of aptamers with protein domains or peptides, enhancing their functionality and stability. This combination not only allows for the specific targeting of cells or biomolecules but also enables the creation of novel therapeutic agents and bioprobes with improved efficacy. The ongoing research focuses on optimizing aptamer selection processes, understanding binding mechanisms, and applying these capabilities in areas such as cancer therapy, antimicrobial resistance, and biomarker detection. As a result, the integration of aptamers into recombinant protein technology is poised to revolutionize traditional approaches in drug development and disease diagnosis, offering innovative solutions to complex biological challenges.
