Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLEKHM3 is a member of the PLEKHM family and is involved in various cellular processes, including endosomal trafficking and immune responses. Recent studies have highlighted its potential role in the regulation of autophagy and the maintenance of cellular homeostasis. Research indicates that PLEKHM3 plays a significant role in the transport and degradation of cellular components, which is crucial for cellular health and response to stress. Mutations or dysregulation of PLEKHM3 have been linked to various pathological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. Given its importance in cellular functions, the recombinant expression of PLEKHM3 is essential for elucidating its biological roles and interacting partners. Protein engineering approaches can facilitate the production of PLEKHM3 in model systems, allowing for in-depth studies of its structure-function relationships and biochemical pathways. Understanding the mechanisms by which PLEKHM3 operates can provide insights into its potential as a therapeutic target, underscoring the need for comprehensive studies on its recombinant form. Overall, PLEKHM3 represents a promising area of research in cell biology and medicine, with implications for understanding disease mechanisms and developing novel interventions.
