Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C10orf53, also known as chromosome 10 open reading frame 53, is a gene located on chromosome 10 that has garnered interest in recent years due to its potential role in various biological processes and diseases. Research has indicated that C10orf53 may be involved in cellular functions such as apoptosis, cell proliferation, and immune response. Despite its growing significance, the exact function of C10orf53 remains largely elusive, prompting the need for further investigation. Recombinant protein studies of C10orf53 aim to produce and characterize this protein in vitro, allowing researchers to explore its structure, function, and potential interactions with other cellular components. Understanding the properties of C10orf53 at a molecular level could provide valuable insights into its role in health and disease, particularly in conditions such as cancer and autoimmune disorders where dysregulation of cell signaling pathways is prevalent. The generation of a recombinant C10orf53 protein will enable assays to investigate its biochemical properties, cellular localization, and interactions, contributing to the broader understanding of its significance in biological systems and potential therapeutic applications.
