稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of LSAMP (Lateral Sufficiently Demonstrated Protein) recombinant proteins stems from the increasing interest in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying cell-cell interactions and neural development. LSAMP is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored protein expressed in various tissues, notably in the nervous system where it plays a critical role in neural cell adhesion and signal transduction. Its involvement in neuronal differentiation and potential links to psychiatric disorders demand a deeper exploration of its structural and functional properties. The production of recombinant LSAMP enables researchers to dissect its biological function, characterize its interactions with other cell adhesion molecules, and investigate its signaling pathways. Furthermore, understanding LSAMP's role in neurodevelopment may provide insights into its implications in diseases such as schizophrenia and autism spectrum disorders. Utilizing techniques such as protein engineering and advanced imaging allows scientists to study LSAMP in vitro and in vivo, paving the way for potential therapeutic targets. Overall, LSAMP recombinant protein research represents a significant frontier in neurobiology, aiming to unravel complex cellular processes that govern brain function and development.
