稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
S100A15A is a member of the S100 protein family, known for its role in various cellular processes, including inflammation, cell differentiation, and immune response. Research has indicated that S100A15A is predominantly expressed in epithelial tissues and may play a crucial role in skin barrier function and inflammatory diseases. Studies have suggested that aberrant expression of S100A15A is linked to inflammatory skin conditions such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis, making it a potential biomarker for these diseases. Furthermore, S100 proteins are known to interact with receptor proteins and influence calcium signaling, which adds another layer to the understanding of S100A15A's function in cell signaling pathways. The recombinant expression of S100A15A allows for comprehensive investigations into its structure, function, and mechanisms of action. By producing the protein in a controlled environment, researchers can study its interactions, post-translational modifications, and impact on cellular processes. Overall, the study of S100A15A recombinant protein holds promise for uncovering its potential roles in dermatological diseases and may lead to the development of therapeutic targets for treating skin disorders.
