Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 1B (TNFRSF1B), also known as TNF receptor II (TNFR2), is a key player in the immune system, mediating various cellular functions, including proliferation, apoptosis, and differentiation. Research into TNFRSF1B has gained significant attention due to its role in modulating inflammatory responses and its potential implications in autoimmune diseases, cancer, and chronic inflammatory conditions. Unlike its counterpart TNFRSF1A, which primarily signals apoptosis, TNFRSF1B is associated with cell survival and immune regulation. The ability to produce recombinant TNFRSF1B facilitates the study of its biological properties, interactions with ligands such as TNF-alpha, and its signaling pathways. This is crucial for developing therapeutic strategies aimed at manipulating TNFRSF1B signaling to enhance immune responses against tumors or to inhibit excessive inflammation in autoimmune disorders. Furthermore, understanding TNFRSF1B regulation and its downstream effects may lead to novel drug targets that can effectively modulate the immune system's activity, promising advancements in precision medicine.
