稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CEBPD (CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein delta) is a transcription factor belonging to the CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein family, which plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including adipogenesis, immune response, and inflammation. Due to its significant impact on gene regulation, CEBPD has garnered attention in the field of molecular biology and medicine. Research on recombinant CEBPD protein is essential for understanding its structural and functional properties, as well as its interaction with DNA and other proteins in signaling pathways. The production of recombinant CEBPD enables the study of its role in pathophysiological conditions such as obesity, diabetes, and cancer. By utilizing techniques like molecular cloning and protein expression systems, researchers can generate and purify CEBPD for biochemical assays and functional studies. Moreover, studying the recombinant protein can provide insights into its post-translational modifications, dimerization, and cooperative binding mechanisms, further elucidating its regulatory mechanisms in cellular contexts. Overall, the investigation of CEBPD recombinant protein not only contributes to our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also has potential therapeutic implications for diseases influenced by CEBPD activity.
