稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ELK1, a member of the ETS (E26 Transformation Specific) transcription factor family, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Its function is primarily mediated through interactions with other proteins and binding to specific DNA sequences, which regulate the expression of target genes in response to various signaling pathways, particularly those activated by growth factors and mitogens. Research into the recombinant form of ELK1 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in cancer and other diseases where dysregulated transcription factors contribute to altered gene expression. By producing ELK1 as a recombinant protein, scientists aim to better understand its structural characteristics, biochemical properties, and functional dynamics. This approach enables investigations into ELK1's role in signal transduction pathways, its interactions with co-factors, and its influence on gene regulation. Furthermore, the study of recombinant ELK1 could provide insights into potential therapeutic targets, as manipulating its activity may have implications for cancer treatment and regenerative medicine. The ongoing research around ELK1 is not only pivotal for basic biology but also holds promise for developing novel interventions in disease management.
