稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZBP1 (Z-DNA Binding Protein 1) is a crucial component in the cellular response to viral infections and stress, primarily associated with modulating immune responses and apoptosis. Research on ZBP1 has gained momentum due to its pivotal role in recognizing Z-DNA—a unique structural form of DNA that can arise during viral replication or cellular stress—and its function in signaling pathways that activate the innate immune system. Studies have shown that ZBP1 can detect viral RNA and subsequently trigger a cascade of signaling events leading to the production of type I interferons and pro-inflammatory cytokines, thereby enhancing the host’s antiviral defenses. Furthermore, ZBP1 is implicated in cell death pathways, linking its function to both antiviral immunity and the regulation of inflammation. Understanding the structural and functional properties of recombinant ZBP1 proteins is essential for elucidating their biological roles and developing therapeutic strategies against viral infections and immune-related disorders. The ability to produce ZBP1 as a recombinant protein allows for in-depth biochemical and biophysical studies that can reveal insights into its mechanisms of action, interactions with other cellular components, and potential as a target in drug development. Overall, research on ZBP1 is critical for harnessing its capabilities in immune response modulation, paving the way for innovative approaches in combating viral diseases and managing immune system dysregulation.
