稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C16orf33, a relatively less studied gene located on chromosome 16, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential implications in various biological processes and diseases. The gene encodes a protein that is hypothesized to play a role in cellular signaling, development, and possibly in the immune response. Research indicates that C16orf33 may be implicated in several pathological conditions, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, making it a candidate for targeted therapies and biomarker development. However, the precise function and mechanisms of C16orf33 remain largely uncharacterized. The recombinant protein of C16orf33 has been a focal point in studies aiming to elucidate its biochemical properties and interactions with other cellular components. By generating the recombinant protein, researchers aim to investigate its structure, folding, post-translational modifications, and functional roles in cellular contexts. Additionally, understanding the protein's interactions with various ligands and proteins can pave the way for uncovering its biological significance. Overall, C16orf33 stands out as an intriguing subject for research, with potential implications in human health and disease that warrant further exploration and characterization of its recombinant form.
