Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPL10, a ribosomal protein component of the 60S ribosomal subunit, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its critical role in ribosome biogenesis and function. Mutations in the RPL10 gene have been implicated in various diseases, including specific forms of intellectual disability and certain malignancies such as acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Given its essential role in protein synthesis, RPL10 has been investigated for its potential involvement in cellular growth and differentiation processes. The study of recombinant RPL10 protein facilitates the understanding of its structural and functional properties, allowing researchers to dissect the molecular mechanisms by which RPL10 mutations contribute to disease pathology. Furthermore, recombinant RPL10 can serve as a valuable tool for exploring the interactions between ribosomal proteins and other cellular factors involved in translation, stability, and response to stress. Consequently, ongoing research into RPL10 not only aims to clarify its biological significance but also holds promise for unveiling new therapeutic avenues for conditions linked to its dysfunction. This multifaceted investigation highlights the importance of RPL10 in both fundamental biology and potential medical applications.
