  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

ACP1 (Acid Phosphatase 1) is a key enzyme involved in various biochemical processes, including dephosphorylation, which plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and metabolism. Research into the recombinant form of ACP1 has gained traction due to its potential applications in biotechnology and medicine. The enzyme is of particular interest because of its association with several diseases, including cancer and metabolic disorders, where altered phosphatase activity may contribute to pathological states. The ability to produce ACP1 as a recombinant protein facilitates the study of its structure-function relationships, enzymatic mechanisms, and interactions with other biomolecules. Furthermore, understanding the precise role of ACP1 in signaling pathways may enable the development of targeted therapies for diseases associated with its dysregulation. The challenges in purifying and characterizing ACP1 from natural sources have led researchers to optimize recombinant expression systems, enabling large-scale production and detailed functional analyses. As a result, the exploration of ACP1 as a therapeutic target or a biomarker for disease progression continues to be a promising area of research, propelling further interest in its recombinant forms and their applications in clinical settings.
