稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C17orf81, a gene located on chromosome 17, has garnered attention in recent years due to its suspected role in various biological processes and diseases. Although its exact function remains largely unexplored, preliminary studies have indicated its potential involvement in cellular signaling pathways and immune responses. Research has demonstrated that C17orf81 may play a significant role in the regulation of inflammation and cell survival, making it a candidate for further investigation in the context of autoimmune diseases and cancers. The recombinant protein of C17orf81 allows for detailed study of its structure and function, facilitating insights into its biological activity and interactions with other cellular components. Through the expression and purification of C17orf81, researchers can examine its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target, ultimately contributing to the understanding of complex disease mechanisms. Continued exploration of this protein may yield important findings that enhance our understanding of its role in human health and disease.
