稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-19 (IL-19) is a member of the interleukin-10 family of cytokines, primarily produced by macrophages, dendritic cells, and keratinocytes. It plays a critical role in the regulation of immune responses and inflammation, often exhibiting anti-inflammatory properties. Research on IL-19 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in various disease processes, including autoimmune disorders, allergies, and cancer. Elevated levels of IL-19 have been observed in conditions such as asthma and psoriasis, suggesting that it may contribute to the pathogenesis of these diseases by modulating local immune responses and promoting tissue repair mechanisms. Consequently, the development of recombinant IL-19 protein has become a focal point in immunological research, providing tools for understanding its biological functions and therapeutic potential. Recombinant IL-19 is being studied for its ability to influence T-cell differentiation and to interact with other cytokines in the IL-10 family, potentially offering new avenues for treatment strategies in chronic inflammatory conditions. Moreover, the exploration of IL-19's role in tumor immunity underscores the necessity of understanding its mechanisms to design targeted therapies. As research advances, understanding the multifaceted roles of IL-19 in health and disease could lead to the development of novel therapeutic agents aimed at modulating immune responses, thereby enhancing treatment options for various inflammatory and neoplastic conditions.
