Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAD54L is a member of the RAD54 family of proteins, which play a critical role in the process of homologous recombination, a key mechanism for DNA repair and genetic diversity. This protein is particularly important in maintaining genomic stability by facilitating the repair of DNA double-strand breaks and aiding in the exchange of genetic material during meiosis. Research into RAD54L has been spurred by its implications in various biological processes and its potential links to cancer development. Abnormal expression or mutations in RAD54L have been associated with several tumor types, suggesting that it may act as a tumor suppressor. Moreover, RAD54L's interaction with other proteins involved in DNA repair pathways, such as BRCA1 and RAD51, underscores its significance in the cellular response to DNA damage. Investigating the structural properties of RAD54L and its mechanistic role in homologous recombination can enhance our understanding of DNA repair processes and the consequences of their dysregulation. As a subject of ongoing research, RAD54L continues to capture the interest of scientists aiming to elucidate its functions and explore its potential as a therapeutic target in cancer treatment and other genetic disorders. Ultimately, advancing knowledge about RAD54L may lead to novel strategies for enhancing DNA repair mechanisms in vivo and improving outcomes in cancer therapies.
