稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DRG2 (Developmentally Regulated GTP-binding Protein 2) is a member of the guanine nucleotide-binding protein family and has garnered attention in molecular biology due to its potential roles in cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Research indicates that DRG2 is involved in various signaling pathways and could play a significant role in tumorigenesis, making it a candidate for cancer research. Its expression levels have been shown to vary in different tissues and developmental stages, suggesting its involvement in developmental processes. Furthermore, alterations in DRG2 expression have been associated with certain cancers, highlighting its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. The recombinant expression of DRG2 allows researchers to study its structure, function, and interactions with other proteins in greater detail, thereby providing insights into its biological roles. Understanding the mechanisms underlying DRG2's function can lead to novel therapeutic strategies for diseases where its regulation is disrupted. Ongoing research continues to explore the significance of DRG2 in health and disease, as well as its potential applications in clinical settings, underscoring the importance of this protein in both molecular and translational research.
