稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of azoR, a member of the redox enzyme family, has garnered significant interest due to its crucial role in the bioremediation of azo dyes and other environmental pollutants. AzoR proteins, which primarily function as azoreductases, catalyze the reductive cleavage of azo bonds (-N=N-), converting toxic azo compounds into less harmful or even completely non-toxic products. This function is particularly important in wastewater treatment processes, where azo dyes are prevalent due to their widespread use in the textile industry. The reactivity and efficiency of azoR in degrading these persistent contaminants not only highlights its potential application in bioremediation but also raises questions about its structure-function relationships. Recent advances in molecular biology techniques have facilitated the recombination and overexpression of azoR, allowing for detailed studies of its activity, stability, and substrate specificity. Understanding the biochemical properties of azoR and optimizing its performance can lead to innovative solutions for environmental remediation, addressing the pressing need for effective waste management strategies in industrial applications. Furthermore, insights gained from azoR research may also contribute to the broader field of enzymatic catalysis, with implications for biocatalysis in green chemistry. Thus, the investigation of azoR recombinant proteins is not only vital for ecological sustainability but also for the development of novel biotechnological applications.
