Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C20orf77, also known as the "chromosome 20 open reading frame 77," is a protein of interest due to its potential roles in various cellular processes and its implications in human health. Research has indicated that C20orf77 may be involved in the regulation of cellular functions, such as cell proliferation and differentiation. Initial studies suggest that this protein could play a role in certain pathologies, including neurological disorders and cancer, as its expression levels have been found to be altered in various tumor types. The recombinant production of C20orf77 is essential for elucidating its structure and function and for investigating its interactions with other cellular components. By generating recombinant protein, researchers can perform biochemical assays to better understand the protein’s characteristics, including its binding affinities, post-translational modifications, and influence on cellular pathways. Furthermore, the study of C20orf77 in a controlled environment allows for the assessment of its role as a potential therapeutic target. As the understanding of this protein expands, it may provide insights into the underlying mechanisms of diseases and pave the way for novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. Therefore, ongoing research efforts focus on optimizing the expression and purification protocols for C20orf77, facilitating further investigation into its biological significance and potential applications in medicine.
