稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Mup2 recombinant protein research focuses on the Mup2 gene, which encodes a major urinary protein in rodents, particularly in mice. These proteins play crucial roles in pheromone signaling and the communication of social and reproductive cues among individuals. The study of Mup2 is significant as it helps to elucidate the mechanisms of olfactory communication and its influence on behavior. In the context of laboratory research, Mup2 serves as a model for understanding the complexities of protein interactions within the olfactory system. Additionally, the recombinant production of Mup2 allows for detailed structural and functional analysis, which can enhance our understanding of how these proteins interact with odorants and receptors. Investigating Mup2 not only provides insights into evolutionary biology and animal behavior but also has potential implications in the development of new methods for controlling pest populations through pheromone manipulation. Furthermore, advancements in recombinant DNA technology have made it feasible to produce Mup2 in various expression systems, facilitating studies on its biological activity and potential applications in biotechnology and medicine. This research background underscores the importance of Mup2 in both ecological and biomedical contexts, offering a multidisciplinary approach to understanding protein function and its implications in natural and artificial systems.
