稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C2orf43, also known as Chromosome 2 Open Reading Frame 43, is a gene located on chromosome 2 that has garnered interest in the field of molecular biology due to its potential implications in human health and disease. The full-length protein encoded by this gene is thought to be involved in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation and differentiation. Recent studies have suggested that C2orf43 may play a role in certain pathological conditions, including cancers and developmental disorders, although its precise function remains largely unexplored. The investigation of C2orf43 recombinant protein is crucial for elucidating its biological role and understanding the mechanisms by which it may influence disease states. By generating and studying recombinant forms of C2orf43, researchers can perform functional assays and protein interaction studies, allowing them to characterize its properties, determine its interactions with other molecules, and assess its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Furthermore, the development of C2orf43 recombinant protein could facilitate the discovery of its downstream signaling pathways and contribute to the broader understanding of the genetic and molecular frameworks that underpin various diseases. Overall, the study of C2orf43 and its recombinant protein is an emerging area of interest that holds promise for revealing new insights into cellular functions and potential therapeutic interventions.
