  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

C3orf10, also known as Chromosome 3 Open Reading Frame 10, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various biological processes and diseases. Initially identified through genomic studies, C3orf10 is located on chromosome 3 and encodes a protein of unknown function, which has led researchers to explore its involvement in cellular processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Its expression patterns have been linked to several types of cancer, suggesting that C3orf10 may play a pivotal role in tumorigenesis and cancer progression. Moreover, studies have indicated that certain genetic variations in the C3orf10 region could be associated with other health conditions, including autoimmune disorders and metabolic syndromes. The recombinant protein of C3orf10 is of particular interest for functional studies, as it allows scientists to investigate the protein's structure, biochemical properties, and potential interactions with other cellular molecules. Understanding C3orf10 could unveil its mechanisms of action and its significance in health and disease, thereby paving the way for targeted therapeutic strategies. As research continues, the elucidation of C3orf10’s role in cellular mechanisms may provide valuable insights into its contributions to pathophysiological processes and highlight its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in clinical settings.
