稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SPARCL1, also known as osteoactivin or SC1, is a secreted protein that belongs to the matricellular protein family, characterized by its roles in cell adhesion, migration, and differentiation. It is predominantly expressed in various tissues, including the brain, bone, and skin, and has been implicated in several biological processes, such as wound healing, neuroprotection, and tumor progression. Research into SPARCL1 has gained momentum due to its potential involvement in various pathophysiological conditions, including cancer, where it can function as either a tumor suppressor or promoter depending on the context. Studies have shown that SPARCL1 modulates the tumor microenvironment, influencing angiogenesis and metastasis. Additionally, its expression levels correlate with patient outcomes in several malignancies, making it a potential biomarker for cancer prognosis. The recombinant production of SPARCL1 protein is critical for elucidating its functions and mechanisms of action in vitro and in vivo. By generating SPARCL1 as a recombinant protein, researchers can perform binding assays, investigate its interactions with other biomolecules, and assess its effects on various cellular processes. This research aims to further our understanding of SPARCL1's role in health and disease, potentially leading to novel therapeutic strategies targeting SPARCL1 pathways for treating cancer and other diseases where SPARCL1 is implicated. Overall, the study of SPARCL1 recombinant protein not only advances basic science but also opens avenues for translational research aimed at improving clinical outcomes.
